We are not a booking engine. We are not a catalogue. We are a small team of specialists who design private journeys to India and Oman — one traveller at a time.

Most travel companies start with a product. We start with a person. Before we suggest a single hotel or itinerary, we take time to understand who you are as a traveller — what you have seen before, what moves you, what pace suits you best, and what you are hoping to carry home from this journey.

There is no standard tour. There is only your tour — built from the ground up, every time.

This approach takes more time than selecting from a catalogue. We believe the time is well spent. The journeys we design are ones our clients travel more than once — and recommend without hesitation.

    Everything begins with a call or message. We listen more than we speak. We want to understand your travel history, your interests, your ideal pace and — most importantly — what you are hoping this journey will feel like. There is no form to fill, no checklist to complete. Just an honest conversation.

    Based on what we have learned, we craft a bespoke journey outline — destinations, experiences, accommodation style and a suggested pace. This is not a template with your name added. It is written specifically for you. We share it, discuss it openly and revise it until it feels exactly right.

  3. The refinement

    Great journeys are refined, not rushed. Once the outline resonates, we move into detail — specific hotels, private guides, table reservations, exclusive access arrangements and the small touches that elevate a good trip into an extraordinary one. We take care of every element, however small.

We do not run group departures. Every Arabian Experience journey is exclusively yours — your vehicle, your guide, your schedule. You will never share your experience with strangers.

We would rather you experience three destinations profoundly than six destinations superficially. A slower pace, more time in each place, and the freedom to linger — this is how the best memories are made.

Our local partnerships allow us to offer experiences that are simply unavailable to independent travellers — from private dawn access to famous sites to exclusive dinners in royal settings.

We do not place clients in international chain hotels. We seek out heritage properties, palace hotels and boutique retreats that tell a story — places that are themselves part of the journey.

If Rajasthan is not the right fit for what you are seeking, we will tell you — and suggest what is. Our reputation is built on journeys that match expectations, not ones that merely fill spaces in a calendar.

Rajasthan is where Arabian Experience began — and where our relationships, knowledge and access run deepest. If it is your first enquiry, it is a very good place to start.

Many of our clients have discovered both destinations on a single extended journey — pairing the colour and history of India with the silence and grandeur of Oman's desert landscapes.

we begin

TIMING

Allow 4–6 weeks

A well-designed journey takes time to build properly. For travel during peak season (October–March), we recommend beginning the conversation at least three months ahead.

GROUP SIZE

Individuals to small groups

We design for solo travellers, couples, families and small private groups. All journeys are private — we do not combine unrelated guests onto shared departures.

DURATION

Typically 7–21 days

Most of our journeys run between one and three weeks. We can design shorter extensions of 4–5 days, though we rarely recommend rushing Rajasthan or Oman.

FLIGHTS

We can assist

We focus on the in-destination experience but can advise on and arrange international flights when required. Many clients prefer to book flights independently.
